First day cover issued by Portugal to commemorate the bicentenary of manned flight. Stamp on the left shows Bartlomeu de Gusmao the Brazilian-Portuguese priest who is credited with being the first to fly a paper balloon full of hot air. The other stamp shows a Montgolfier Balloon.
